In April 2010, Heartland Urgent Care opened in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Ever since then, our team has been working to give our patients the highest quality, compassionate care possible in service to our Lincoln community. We take pride in our team’s concentrated efforts to put patients and their families first. We listen to your concerns, diagnose and treat, and then follow up with a phone call after your visit to ensure all is well. Your care doesn’t end when you leave our clinic.

Our providers and staff are here to care for you and your family. Since opening, we’ve seen over 18,000 patients a year. We provide on-site treatment for acute medical illnesses and injuries that are not serious and are non-life threatening in nature. We encourage patients who are experiencing potentially life-threatening illnesses or injuries to go directly to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.

A few more things to keep in mind:

Patients are encouraged to find a primary care physician for the ongoing treatment of chronic medical conditions. We work closely with your primary care physician by sending information about your treated condition to them after your visit.
Heartland Urgent Care participates with most commercial insurance plans (United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, etc.) as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. We also treat workers’ compensation injuries. If you have any questions about your coverage for urgent care services, please check directly with your insurance company prior to being seen. We also offer medical discount options to care for patients without access to health insurance.
Heartland Urgent Care also provides occupational health services for companies of all sizes. Our services include pre-employment physicals, drug screens, tetanus shots, and the treatment of work-related injuries.
